Abstract
We prove the convergence of Galerkin approximations for a second-order quasilinear elliptic problem of a divergence form with nonlinear mixe d boundary conditions. The existence and uniqueness of a weak and appr oximate solution is studied as well. (C) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
