Abstract
Metastases are rarely located in the breast. Generally, breast metasta ses appear during the course of a known primitive cancer and renal ori gin is very rare. It is even more exceptional that metastasis reveals renal cancer as observed in this case. Five similar cases have been re ported in the litterature.
