The exchange equilibria: Ph3Sn-X + Ph3Pb-SC6H4F-4 reversible Ph3Pb-X Ph3Sn-SC6H4F-4 (X=OH, Cl, Br, I) have been studied in CHCl3 by F-19 N
MR. Good correlations of equilibrium constant logarithm with the Pears
on parameters of absolute and chemical hardness have been found. On th
e basis of these relationships and general consideration of exchange e
quilibria it has been shown that the study of exchange reactions invol
ving hard and soft HX-acids and their L(n)M-derivatives permits study
of quantitative regularities in ligand influence on the hardness of or
ganometallic cations.
