Abstract
We report the clinicopathological features of an old woman with a rece nt and progressive development of soft white-yellow papules of the nec k and supraclavicular areas reminding of pseudoxanthoma elasticum with out systemic involvement. The similarity of this entity with fibroelas topathic papular dermatoses of the neck is briefly discussed.
