Abstract
A numerical study of the electrosoliton dynamics in a thermalized mole cular chain with asymmetric electron-phonon interaction is carried out . The effect of thermal vibrations of the chain molecules is taken int o account in terms of classical mechanics. It is shown that electrosol iton in alpha-helical protein molecules exists at room temperature (30 0 K).
