Abstract
Overlapping clones encoding the complete coding sequence of the mouse mannose 6-phosphate/insulin-like growth factor II receptor have been i solated from a liver cDNA library and the nucleotide sequence has been determined. The open reading frame encodes a protein of 2482 amino ac ids that is 89 and 87% identical to the human and bovine receptors, re spectively.
