Abstract
Zr-V and Zr-V-Fe alloys doped by additions of the oxides of R (Rare-Ea rth Metals), B, Al and Si, as well as BN and KNO3, were investigated a s hydrogen gettering materials. Hydrogen absorption properties were sh own to depend upon phase, structural and thermodynamic characteristics of these alloys.
