Abstract
It is shown that including form factors for the quark-pseudoscalar-mes on couplings of the Georgi-Manohar chiral quark model allows one to ob tain the leading off-shell dependence of pi0eta mixing (as predicted b y chiral perturbation theory) from the effect of quark loops on the me son propagators. Implications for rho0omega mixing and for the effects on meson mixing contributions to few-body charge symmetry breaking ob servables are also discussed.
