Abstract
This paper presents an interactive methodology aimed at relaxing over- rigid specifications of nutrient requirements of livestock rations. Th e methodology is a hybrid between multigoal programming and the multip le criteria interactive technique known as STEM. The method proposed i s applied to a ration formulation cast, for dairy cows in Andalusia, S pain. The approach presented is also compared to other interactive met hodologies addressing the same problem proposed in the literature.
