Abstract
The effect of electric current frequency on the kinetics of raw charco al activation with water vapor has been investigated. It was establish ed that under the effect of alternating current the rate constant incr eases under otherwise equal conditions. A dependence of the reaction r ate on the current frequency was found. It was discovered that under t he effect of alternating current the activation energy of interaction with water vapor diminishes.
