Abstract
Alterations of x-ray diffraction parameters of coal (from brown coal t o anthracite) as a result of their dispergating in different grain siz e refiners - conical-inertial crusher, ball, vibration, spray mills, a nd disintegrator - have been studied. It has been found that the inten sification of size reduction procedure (switching over from ball mill to disintegrator) is followed by increase of interlayer distance d as well as L(a) and L(c). The sequence of the named parameters alteration for the investigated metamorphic series of coals is in accordance wit h the change of their crushability indexes.
