Abstract
Innovation, the introduction of new products/services and new ways of doing is one of the dimensions of quality. It is achieved by the integ ration of creativity. Visionary Systems Thinking (VST) - based on Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) - is identified as one of the concepts for supporting creativity in the quality management (TQM) process. This pa per presents VST and proposes a model for effective integration of qua lity management within the managerial process. Learning, unlearning an d anticipatory learning become basic means for making this possible.
