CORPORATE-PLANNING AS AN INSTRUMENT OF ASSERTION OF THE TOTAL QUALITY

In the assertion of the total quality the central role lies with the i ntegral management, and inside it with a holistic corporate planning. Planning is both a process and system component of management, hence i t has a direct and central link with the corporate quality management. A holistic and planned quality control is possible only at the level at which TQM is implemented by a holistic corporate planning which mus t take place on all levels from the corporate politics making to a goo d realisation of the planned affairs.
