Electron and hole mobilities in bipolar molecular composites of dimeth
ylpropyl)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide (NTDI) and tri-p-
tolylamine (TTA) are reported. The electron mobility in NTDI/TTA compo
sites is found to be enhanced by factors of 4 to 6 compared to pure NT
DI. These results demonstrate a new approach to improving electron mob
ility in organic materials. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
