Abstract
The evolution to a period-1 motion after an inverse secondary Hopf bif urcation, at f(0) = 39.976 drops/s, was characterized by the autocorre lation function. The amplitude of the autocorrelation function for f > f(0) decays exponentially; its characteristic correlation drop scales with \(f - f(c))/f(c)\(gamma), where f(c) = 39.897 drops/s and gamma = 2.28+/-0.03.
