Abstract
Two patients presented with histories oi significant behavioural distu rbance and deteriorated work performance. Subsequent investigations co nfirmed the presence of a craniopharyngioma and a prolactinoma. Occupa tional physicians should consider excluding organic pathology in emplo yees with histories of an unexplained marked change in work performanc e and behaviour.
