Abstract
The BRST transformations for gravity with torsion are discussed by usi ng the Maurer-Cartan horizontality conditions. With the help of an ope rator delta which allows the decomposition of the exterior spacetime d erivative as a BRST commutator we solve the Wess-Zumino consistency co ndition corresponding to invariant Lagrangians and anomalies.
