Abstract
Simultaneous, invasive measurements in 50 patients during diagnostic c ardiac catheterization revealed that the 24-hour device monitoring blo od pressure auscultatorily determines diastolic blood pressure more ac curately than the device monitoring blood pressure oscillometrically. The systolic blood pressure values were equally accurate from both dev ices.
