Abstract
Nasal augmentation with bioplastique can produce visible irregularitie s under the nasal skin, and when this occurs, the material should be r emoved. A case is presented where bioplastique was removed from the na so glabellar area through a Rethi incision and the bridgeline reconstr ucted with a conchal cartilage graft.
