1 The present study was designed to analyse the effect of the centrall y-acting sympatho-inhibitory drugs, prazosin and ketanserin, on the in crease in external carotid blood flow (external CBF) produced by 5-hyd roxytryptamine (5-HT) in pentobarbital-anaesthetized dogs.
