Abstract
A gas target chamber was built for the measurement of the thick target yield of Na-22 from the bombardment of natural Ne with a cyclotron be am of 27 meV alpha-particles. An evaluation of these means of producti on as compared with other methods, especially with time consuming chem ical separation methods described in the literature is presented.
