Abstract
Anaplastic, sarcomatoid lymphomas appearing primarily in the soft tiss ue without peripheral lymphadenopathy create considerable diagnostic d ifficulties for the pathologist, as they may be mistaken for sarcomas. The clinical, pathologic, immunohistochemical, and molecular features of one such case are described.
