Abstract
An algorithm for fast calculation of theoretical deep level photolumin escence (PL) lineshapes is presented. The algorithm can be used for ef fective comparison with experimental spectra in cases of bulk photolum inescence. The method was expanded and for the cases of deep level pho toluminescence iii quasi-two and quasi-one dimensional electron system s in semiconductors.
