Abstract
Both jamming coverage and percolating probability profiles are studied for the random sequential adsorption of hot dimers in two dimensions. Jamming profiles show that the effect of the sample edge dies off aft er a few lattice spaces. On the contrary, in percolating profiles the effect propagates into the bulk
