Abstract
Laser performance of Nd:YA13 (BO3)4 (NYAB) at 1.06 mum has been studie d in this paper, and for the first time, a cw laser of LD pumped Nd:YA 13(BO3)4 at 1.06 mum with relatively high efficiency has been obtained . With a 3 mm x 3 mm x 8 mm Nd:YA13(BO3)4 Crystal, a 128 mW output at 1.06 mum was reached when the pumped power was 368 mW at 804 nm. For c omparison, the experiment of LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser at 1.06 mum was a lso performed.
