Abstract
In this paper, the sputtering processes of Ag ultrafine particles (Ag UFP) have been theoretically analyzed, and the random field equation s atisfied by the size distribution function of Ag UFP has been establis hed. Moreover, the general solution of the random field equation is ap plied to our sputtering conditions. We used this concrete solution to simulate the sputtering-experiment data of Ag UFP.
