Abstract
Quadrupole mass spectrometry has been applied to the investigation of the chemical reactivity of supported organometallic complexes as precu rsors of heterogeneous catalysts. The required high sensitivity to CO and CO2, together with an improved versatility, is obtained by a combi ned mass spectrometric and gas chromatographic approach.
