Abstract
Thermogravimetric measurements of the deviation from stoichiometry in the solid solution (CoxFe1-x)1-DELTAO at 1200-degrees-C and x = 0.6, 0 .8, 0.925 and 0.97 have been carried out. The results obtained are com pared with data available from the literature. A simple thermodynamic modeling of the nonstoichiometry data for (CoxFe1-x)1-DELTAO with x gr eater-than-or-equal-to 0.6 is presented.
