The application of system theory to immunology, cancer, and disease in
general is presented here. Particular results from US-Russian researc
h collaboration depict the potential role of such systematic analysis
for more effective health care and disease control. In particular, som
e emphasis is given to tumor control. After a brief systematic overvie
w of immunology, various potential immunotherapies are studied. The re
cent clinical results of tumor exacerbation and interleukin treatment
are systematically explained for the first time. Also, the analysis pr
ovides base for more systematic experimental planning.
