Abstract
Mn-55, C-13 coupling constants of sigma- and pi-organomanganese pentac arbonyl, tetracarbonylphosphine and tricarbonyl complexes were determi ned by lineshape analysis of the (CO)-C-13 and C-13(R) signals (R = al kyl, acyl or aryl) using the iterative lineshape fitting program QUADR . The (1)J(Mn-55,C-13) data are in the range 29-47 Hz for Mn-CO bonds and 2-28 Hz for Mn-R bonds. The Mn-55 chemical shifts and linewidths a re also reported.
