Abstract
A new mounting technique for two-terminal devices is presented which m inimises parasitic elements and improves thermal heat resistance. Mono lithic fabrication of the structure leads to high reproducibility. Fir st experimental results for power generation at W-band frequencies wit h GaAs Impatt diodes are reported.
