Abstract
On the basis of Grahame-Parsons theory, a procedure was proposed for c alculating acid-base equilibrium constants at the oxide/electrolyte in terface. In the calculations, experimental data for the pH dependence of cation and anion adsorption on oxides and for the electrokinetic po tential were used.
