Abstract
General problems of water electrolysis in systems with solid polymer e lectrolyte were discussed. Optimization of structure of the electrocat alytic layer, composition of the electrocatalysts, and structure of th e electrocatalysts were discussed. Large space was given to discussing the possibilities of preparing electrocatalytic materials by magnetro n ion plating and ion implantation.
