Abstract
A method is described for fishing a 'fleet' of multi-mesh survey gilln ets at different depths simultaneously. The system is particularly sui ted for surveying pelagic fish communities in deep lakes, and is curre ntly being used to sample pelagic fish populations in Lake Malawi/Nias sa.
