Abstract
Radiation characteristics of a cylindrical excilamp (lambda almost-equ al-to 222 run and lambda almost-equal-to 308 nm) pumped by a barrier d ischarge are studied. Theoretical modeling of the intensity of the lig ht field produced by such an excilamp is performed.
