Abstract
A practical algorithm is proposed to localize and estimate Gross Proce ss Measurement Errors subject to linear constraints. The theoretical b ases are those discussed in a recent paper appearing in this periodica l. The algorithm is compared with three other algorithms. Its main adv antage is that it is theoretically well established and answers exactl y the question of engineering practice.
