Abstract
Plant thorn synovitis is an overlooked cause of monoarthritis, with di fficulties in diagnosis and treatment (1). We report on a case of thor n induced synovitis, not confirmed by histopathology, but strongly sus pected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), that visualizes the foreig n body (first case reported).
