Abstract
The Geometric Progression (G-P) fitting parameters have been computed with respect to the equivalent atomic number for the composite materia ls of bakelite and perspex by the interpolation method. These paramete rs are then used to generate the exposure buildup factors up to 40 m.f .p. in the energy range of 0.015-15.0 MeV for these materials. The beh aviour of buildup factors is shown in the form of plots as a function of penetration depth.
