Abstract
We report a case of pleural dissemination of invasive thymoma, which w as successfully treated with intrathoracic chemothermotherapy followin g panpleuropneumonectomy. Intrathoracic chemothermotherapy in combinat ion with surgery may be a hopeful adjuvant treatment to control pleura l disseminated lesions of invasive thymoma.
