Abstract
We report a patient with combined mediastinal, mesenteric and retroper itoneal fibrosis who first presented with signs of a superior vena cav a syndrome. She was successfully treated with corticosteroids. The aet iology, clinical picture, and possible therapy of idiopathic fibroscle rosis are discussed.
