Abstract
We describe a rare case of extrauterine adenosarcoma, the first arisin g in the Pouch of Douglas, in a 49-year-old premenopausal woman with a n elevated CA 125. The tumor consisted of benign glandular and maligna nt stromal elements. There was no associated endometriosis. Previously reported cases of extragenital adenosarcomas are reviewed.
