Abstract
Inadvertent cyclodialysis cleft formation is a rare complication of in traocular surgery. We report a patient in whom a hypotonus cyclodialys is cleft developed following the removal of an anterior chamber intrao cular lens. The cleft closed and the hypotony resolved after 1 month o f topical atropine therapy.
