Abstract
The design of an enzymatic biosensor based on the use of immobilized g lucose oxidase is described for the determination of glucose in blood serum and undiluted whole blood. Measurements in whole blood with RSD= 0.3% are possible due to the use of an outer polypropylene membrane we tted with a mixture of various polyoxyethylene ethers (Triton X-100).
