Abstract
This paper describes a fuzzy-rule based method for determining restora tive operation procedures. This method can evaluate amounts of recover ed power generation, restored outage loads, etc. These continuous amou nts after each prospective operation procedure, obtained by system sta te change simulation, are evaluated comprehensively by the.fuzzy rules , and the restorative operation procedure most suitable for human deci sion-making is thus determined. Verification results using a prototype system incorporating an actual-scale power system are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
