Abstract
The microstructural change of amorphous alloy Fe79Si7B14 during electr opulsing was investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The saturation ma gnetization and electrical resistance were also measured. The experime ntal results show that d.c. pulses of high current density can induce microstructural relaxation of the amorphous alloy. The longer the puls ing time and the higher the frequency, the greater the relaxation effe ct.
