Abstract
A 70-year-old woman presented with median nerve compression secondary to enlarged supratrochlear lymph nodes infiltrated with malignant non- Hodgkin's lymphoma. Peripheral nerve compression is rarely seen in thi s condition. The management and prognosis are discussed.
