Abstract
The bioavailability of two pharmaceutical dosage forms formulated usin g different polymorphs of tenoxicam were compared. Serum levels of TNX were analysed using high performance liquid chromatography. The pharm acokinetic parameters were estimated following the oral administration of a single dose (20 mg) of the drug as two different polymorphs to 1 2 healthy volunteers. The differences between formulations were statis tically insignificant.
