Abstract
Anxiety is an emotional status. It develops primary by learning. It is to learn, what is a threat for the organism and what is a signal for the announcement of threat. The learnig of anxiety stimuli is a proces s on the basis of the classical and instrumental conditioning. Structu rs of brain, which are termed behavioral inhibition system (BIS), are important for the generation of anxiety and anxiety - reactions There are correlations between stress, anxiety, depression and suffering.
