Abstract
We report that high doses of the benzodiazepine derivative, clotiazepa m, given in addition to standard neuroleptics often exert a minor bene ficial effect on long-lasting, neuroleptic resistant auditory hal luci nations in chronic schizophrenic patients of the residual type.
