The dynamic spin-correlation function in the superconducting states (i
.e., D wave and S wave) in the vicinity of the commensurate point Q =
(pi,pi) is obtained within mean-field theory. As a model we take the g
eneralized t-J model as analyzed by Tanamoto, Kohno, and Fukuyama thou
gh we interpret the fermion loop as associated with a renormalized hol
e. For T greater-than-or-equal-to T(c) where T(c) is the superconducti
ng transition temperature our result is essentially the same as Tanamo
to, Kohno, and Fukuyama, but the superconducting correlation is easily
incorporated within the present scheme. We find recent neutron-scatte
ring data from both La1.86Sr0.14CuO4 by Mason et al. and YBa2Cu3O6+x b
y Rossat-Mignod et al. are consistent with the D-wave model but incomp
atible with the S-wave model.
